Hello, can you please try deleting the "C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Shaders" folder and verifying the integrity of the game files afterward. Please let me know if the issue is persistent.

That was on 1.6.1 and with quite a few mods.
I'm personally not that bothered by this as I can still read the numbers, they aren't obscured.


Different factors are at play. First problem is the font we're using is not monospaced, layouting for the biggest case is not consistent. A 4 digit number might, or might not get separated into two lines(1000 might but 1111 might not). Second is if it's not separated into two lines, it'll overlap the numbers next to it. We can make the text smaller and not separate it into two lines, we'll see if it's better.
