Well i already know i spelled it wrong in the subject,but what exactly does encuberence doo, besides affecting moving speed?

As Hershey said, the more encumbered you are, the slower you move. This only applies to foot combat. You can offset the effects of encumbrance with Agility and Athletics.

Oh alright, i thought that maybe wearing a full set of plate armor would mess with accuracy or attack speed.
