Encounters: Dialogue screen, Attack menu and Loading screens

So I've been wondering why go back and forth like that when you encounter an enemy party:

First, you get a Loading Screen to get to the Dialogue Screen, where you have a close up on your enemy's face. If looters/brigands, you usually just have one option, which is "You're dead!" or something like that. Then, you "click to continue".

Then, the game brings you back to the Campaign map, where the "Attack menu" opens up to the left, which usually has very few options like "Attack" (seems really unecessary to me). And then, you get another Loading Screen, and you're on the battlefield.

Why not put those "Attack menu options" (like Attack, Order troops to Charge, Surrender) directly in the Dialogue Screen so you can directly go to the battlefield???
It's a waste of time and loading, and gets annoying very quickly imo.
Too many loading screens! Quality of Life tweak please

What do you think?

Yeah... This was fine with older games, where the loading screens were instant... but this is just a serious pain for this game. They should replace this with a simplified conversation screen on the map.

Exactly! I remember the first time attacking looters, and I was kind of confused of why was the game going back to the campaign map, and then start the battle.

As I said, I believe it would be simpler and faster to just give us those options right from Dialogue Screeen. Anyway, I hope they red this thread

I guess one reason why it's there is to show the balance of the parties, reinforcements etc, but that could all be combined with one dialogue screen or menu or whatever.

+1
every dialog needs the loading of a whole map, realy ****ing annoying and unnecessary.

there should be other reasons to load a map, for example if i could find hidden NPCs/quests/items
