Summary:Enable Birth and Death is missing when I start a new game. Applies to sandbox and main history.
have tried to validate game files but all files were fine.
How to Reproduce:start a new game

Even if it is enabled I don't see births and deaths. There are multiple marriages in my faction and not a single pregnancy.
