"Player's *troop" looks so....alpha, even. If the player is going to stay the king/emperor/god/pharoah of his empire throughout the entire game, then why not call it "Your Knight", or something similar?

I think you could make a menu to be able to chose which equipments stile you want.

Yes please do. I'm "new" remember and have to go at a slow pace. Your help would speed things up.
 
About ranged troops can you give post there the troop tree?
something like
footman
     /
skirmsher
     \
projectiler
      |
Projectile Stormer

sinse we could have crosbowmen and archers I am just wandering
also how many ranks archers will have

Nice try but in my cities the stuff is not properly ordened
the horsedealer sells butter&co, the armorer sells arms etc...

could be usefull to update that 2

How about instead of upgrading footmen to noble cavalry you make an Imperial Squire who upgrades to Imperial Knight---> Imperial Royal Knight---> Imperial Champion Knight and then improve the troop tree for the footman---> veteran---> Imperial Sergeant---> Imperial Champion?
 
First of all, I ****ING LOVE THIS, SUNHAWKEN YOU'RE THE MAN!.
My only complain is that the player faction has 7 cities, only 2 villages, and no castles, that needs little balance.

Sorry about the unbalance of city's but i don't know how to give villages to lords just cities

And lords need money so.  Lord=City's=Money=reinforcements

I think Imperial *troop type* sounds way better than Empire *troop type* and even better with Royal Knights.

yes. But if a lord has no fief it will be hard for him/her to get money oonly option is to raid villages
