Elite_Siege Server? What is it? Who runs it?

Hi all,
there is a new Siege Server called Elite_Siege. I heard that this server might be a pirate server allowing players to play MP with a crack. Other claimed that the Admins have stolen there server configuration and present it as their own. Is this true?
If it is true, other regular servers might get a lack of players. I couldn't understand why players crack a game if it is just cheap and fair like this and impair the fun on other servers.
Does anybody know something about the server?

I heard it's a copy of the cracked Troll Game server which was blacklisted a while ago. One can still join both of the servers though.

Troll Game actually has a website and everything, even starting threads on how they need to bring TaleWorlds down and stop their evil plans. God damn pirates.

There isn't much be can do. Whenever a cracked server is taken down, two more pop up.

Even if it is removed from the master server list people who have bought the game can still get on it, and it's very hard to stop the people who are using a cracked copy to play on the servers. It's a shame because Troll Game is the most popular Warband siege server at the moment, it usually has 120+ players on it.

Does playing on a server like Troll Game with a bought copy of the game from Steam break the terms of the forum and TaleWorlds? I've only joined the server once after it got blacklisted though. I guess it's just a question of ethics in a situation like that.

At least ZHG is full most of the time.

Where can I get the information if a server is blacklisted? Is there an official "blacklist"?
