Resolved Elite raiders party missing from map

Summary: Elite raiders from 'Destroy raiders' quest hide in a hideout and there is no exclamation mark on it. It is very frustrating since usually they walk around a settlement mentioned in quest description. I had to use developer console to find them.
How to Reproduce: Not sure. Probably there just should be a hideout near the target settlement and after 3 usual gangs next one(elite) will spawn inside it.
Have you used cheats and if so which: I used Ctrl+LMB searching them around map and then 'campain.find_mobile_party elite forest bandits' to actually find them.
