Ever try increasing your virtual memory? And if you're using a laptop, make sure it's plugged in. Vanilla settings don't let the CPU run at full when unplugged. The difference was night and day on mine before I fiddled with it.

Does the Elder Scrolls lore have goblins in it?

Also, in that vid, its quite neat, the amount of things you can do. Then again, they were professionals doing it, with access to the developers and so on.

that's not the problem, i just need a better video card, ive got 4gb ram, so, yeah it only get's filled to 1.8 with skyrim, definetly not the problem.

Primarily in Summerset where they're bred as slaves and shock troops by the Altmer.

Not that I know of, but then again there's nothing confirming that they don't. Besides, you'd think that the Thalmor would be even less inclined to manual labour and more in need of cheap and expendable troops than their ancestors, so it seems fairly likely that they'd have kept the tradition.

I really do not see the point of the Steam Workshop, is it just another alternative to using the Mod Manager...that is what I use and it works great.

A lot of those things though kinda surprised me how they were not in the game, like the snow footprints. I would not have even noticed that they were not in the game had I not seen that part of the video.
