Don't worry, you won't lose anything. The OS rebuilds the folder on next start, but it's where most viruses attack.

Lol ... bad flashbacks, had to run a chkdsk too because some damn drivers that somehow went corrupt. Looked a lot like your screen there. Got it fixed now though. Using my best card now for the first time in 6+ months. Good old 3.0 shaders... *huggles on teh shaders*

Time to install me some HDR and also think about picking up ME2 and such.
