Editing village relations

Sorry if posting in the wrong place. And I couldn't really find anything about this specifically.

Is there a way to edit the village relations in one's savegame?

You'll need hex editor to alter with sav files. It wont be an easy thing to do, especially if you don't have experience of working with this. Here is some info, and the hex editor itself.
Why the hell you need this anyways? There are more simple ways to gain/loose relation with villages without poking in the gamesave.

Well getting some Rhodok villages up from -100 would take forever =)
