⸻ Closing Thread ⸻

Another edition of the European Championship Series comes to an end. Whilst the format could probably do with a few tweaks to make it suitable for the current Warband scene, from an admin perspective I think it went smoothly and i'd like to give a big thanks to the other admins who really put in a shift, Yami, Bullez, Aeronwen and Scar. It's great that this game still has tournaments running for it and it's thanks to people like them.

Congratulations to Commando OIDA, Time Travelers and Highest Virtue for winning their respective Divisions. Commiserations to Kebab Tactics who really pushed OIDA to the limit and played out two exhilarating matches with them. We had some lovely medals made by Roudrac, so a big thanks to him.

Finally a big extra thank you to Yami for putting the ever popular stats together and to Bullez for providing the servers. We would also like to thank anyone that put a stream together for the tournament and Tardet for his lovely work with the writeups. I hope that's everyone! Thanks all, have a good Christmas.

Congratulations Commmando Oida ?

Well played Kebab Tactics

GJ everyone who earned one of these gorgeous medals (thanks @Roudrac )

Thanks Deacon for leading another Warband tournament and keeping the competitive scene rolling for so many years. Was an honour to work with Deacon, Scar, Bullez and Yami.

Thanks everyone who took part and particularly all those who give up their time to improve the tourney for everyone

Thank you for, yet again, continuing to provide the community with quality tournaments. As shown by the recent thread supposed to discuss about the next tournament's format, fewer and fewer people are willing to take from their own time to make sure the community and its players evolve in the best possible competitive scenery ; making your work even more of a rare treat.

Congratulations OIDA, commiserations to Kebab Tactics who still had an amazing run and see you around next time. Well-played to all the teams, across the three divisions.
