Easter Egg?

So I was just having a nice walk over north britain when I found this lord also having a walk around it and when I talked to him there was some extra talking option, think it was "Have I ever seen you before?", he then awnsers that he's a guy by the name of Angel of some site which I didn't take note(he gives the link though)....

I'm sorry if this was already revealed here and I didn't notice but since I didn't find anything about this Angel, I'm just wondering....Is this some kind of easter egg in your mod?

Oh I see but why put it in that determined lord? Anything related?
