Easiest way to recruit noble line troops?

I see that Battanian Fians are overpowered, was hoping to recruit a bunch of them but I'm not seeing how people are getting an army of them without cheating. You need to find 'powerful' vassals and hope they have some for recruitment, but most of the time they don't. I just have to give up on the idea of recruiting a ton of these without cheats

I have a ton of Fians and do not even know where you get the Battanian noble warriors. I capture and recruit troops from Forest Bandits line, train them until they are ready to upgrade and then put them in a garrison. They upgrade to Fian.

They seem to show up sometimes as village recruits. I never see them as town recruits. I think the notables need to have very high influence to have them, but I'm not sure on that. It might just be random.

you have to visit all the battanian towns and check the troops and mark the villages that sell Fians, i have found 3 but its random , ...just return there from time to time to get more and beware that during wartime lords are recruiting too

There really is no need to cheat, just a lot of grind playtime. If you can find the notables that have the noble line(mind you they won't spawn with top tier Fians), then you should stick close and do quests so you can open up more recruitment slots from them.

Noble troops show up at the same places. You just need to get in good those those guys and then recruit them out.

Many of the people with mega stacks are probably playing on easy recruiting however.
