Need More Info Early Access Graphics & Font Issues WITH TEMPORARY FIX

Same problem with missing fonts, campaign crash and etc.
Tried a few things but nothing fixed it:
- Updated windows 10 to 1909 build (with all the cumulative updates)
- Uninstalled the game, deleted all traces of bannerlord in APPDATA, documents, everywhere...
- Reinstalled in C: partition (just to discard different disks problems)
I suspect that the hotfix yesterday changed the directory layout as they listed this:
And everyone that downloaded the game after that hotfix, got the wrong files somehow. Seems like a longshot but if more users report it, that could be the cause.

I just find it super-strange that my old and new computer are both affected.
There are no clear things in common except the steam account used.
All the hardware including the SSD are new and completely fresh unrelated to the old computer, why I at first assumed some sort of localization thing, yet they're both affected by the same (seemingly rather rare) bug.
EDIT: and just so it's clear. Yes, I've since tried with other steam accounts. Also of course tried all the uninstalling/verifying and deleting possible. I think I've downloaded the game 7-8 times by now. Haven't tried changing windows or steam localization as I'm unsure what settings might have an effect.

Don't think this has been mentioned but overlays also don't matter, tried launching the game with steam overlay on on and off, with no other overlays at all.

Changed my windows localization to english (UK) for everything.

Steps to how I did it:
View the System Locale settings for Windows
- Click Start, then Control Panel
- Click Clock, Language and Region
- Windows 10, Windows 8: Click Region
Windows 7: Click Region and Language
Windows XP: Click Regional and Language Options
The Region and Language options dialog appears. - Click the Administrative tab
On Windows XP, click the Advanced tab
If there is no Advanced tab, then you are not logged in with administrative privileges. - Under the Language for non-Unicode programs section, click Change system locale and select the desired language.
- Click OK
- Restart the computer to apply the change.

It worked guys. I just changed from Eng US to Eng UK, restarted and now i can see the texts again.Yay

My man! I've been trying to get the game to work for literal hours and this is what finally fixed it for me! Thanks fam!
Just happy one more bug is at least figured out. Now off to hunt for more in the actual game.
Glad I finally bothered to try it. Was kinda the very first thing I thought it could be, but never could be arsed to actually change and reboot in the beta as I'm not really interested in multiplayer.

My game froze for a second and all the texture around the characters and AI soldiers became "big black pixels". I restarted the game and it fixed it, but that **** was weird and seems a bit similar to your problem
edit: after reading some comments I realised it was not a similar problem but w/e ill let this sit here xd
