Instead of asking for a 'written' response from TW, I'll give you one as a moderator. If your son suffers from tinnitus or any other hearing issue, that wouldn't be because of this game in particular (at least not in the short term), you can easily turn the sound down or have no sound at all, there isn't any liability here.

I understand there's a current 'sound of doom' bug, mentioned here: https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?threads/sound-bug-please-read.439746/#post-9660142 by one of the developers, keep updated, these can happen and will be resolved ASAP (if it hasn't already).

On another note, I'm locking the thread, it became into another back and forth insulting between members of the community, if you have any issues with bugs, please place what the issue is in https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?forums/mount-blade-ii-bannerlord.528/ and one of the technical support team will get on it.

If you're unaware of the 'EA - Early Access' terms, here's specifically the part you'd be searching for:

'Bugs and glitches: Although we strive to create a stable game experience, the game will be actively developed during early access and hence there will be a greater chance of bugs and glitches creeping up. It will of course be a priority to fix these.' - the sound issue is obviously not intentional and is getting fixed ASAP (if it hasn't already).
