Everyone is excited about Civ 5. People who don't like Civ are excited about Civ 5 because it has real combat instead of.. what combat was in the other Civ games.

I used to play the hell out Twisted Metal as a kid, I'm curious how the new game will be.

Civ 5, Deus Ex and Portal 2...that's pretty much what I'm keeping my eye on atm. May be a couple of other lesser games (Witcher 2 perhaps), but the rest is the usual meh.

Meh, that's a very unfinished product. Only the most DIEHARD of fans are doing that. I'd rather not have to play a beta that the devs themselves tell me is not supposed to be fun.
