Holy Canoli, Nerd3 is still a thing? I used to get a kick out of phasing in and out of listening to him when my brother was obsessed with him years ago.
I still remember that big wall of text I typed out in the dream games thread once and how you mentioned Just Cause 3 was so tantalizingly close to realizing my dream but just kind of gave up right at the end. ;_;

It'd be funny because we already know how cancerous a grand strategy game is with all these nonsense mana pools, but a RPG like that would be literally unplayable.Beny 说:

They'll notice it subconsciously. Even tiny things like the specific type of ambient occlusion can fundamentally change the way a game looks, and even a 5 year old child can make judgements about what looks more photorealistic.

12 maps and 5 additional zombie maps will only be avaiable if you buy the 30 dollars season pass included in the deluxe edition of the game, which costs around 100 dollars.

Now, I'm not interested in the game, but I still wonder, what's the point? Is this some kind of marketing experiment, are they trying to suicide the saga? Considering that Battlefield V, for example, won't include paid DLCs or premium passes. Or maybe they have already considered that the game will be probably sell less and they are trying to capitalize the most on the few that will buy it?

After this E3 I really want to get a switch. But damn are not the console and the games expensive.

If I ever make Minecraft 2 or whatever and get paid $2.5 billion for it, I'm going to give $500 million to MDickie and tell him to go nuts.
If that's how he feels his art is best served, so be it.
The fact that there's some parallel universe where MDickie is lead developer of Bethesda makes me legitimately envious.
