Yeah. I doubt they will change the game much, it will just be the regular old Skyrim running on the new consoles. The last console release on PS3 and 360 was pretty bad, this one will hopefully run at 60fps on maximum graphical settings.

They likely won't release a 'remastered' version for PC, because if anything it is likely a fully patched all-DLCs release aimed at the new gen consoles, as Densetsu said. No graphical updates or no engine updates, so I'd wager. Especially given they've said more than a few times that they won't remaster their previous games; they'd rather put the work (money) into a new game instead.
