You know what ? The Pc version wil be locked at 30 fps and the users can change it "at their own risk" because it's connected to the physics of the game.
When will those morons at Capcom learn to make good Pc ports ?

Grand Theft Auto IV had similar problems, for whatever reason, my hardware ran the game quite fast without me messing with the settings very much. I'd do multiplayer races and such and always win because my stuff just plain went faster, cars and running speed both. Stopped after a while because some people were convinced I was hacking.
