Resolved [e1.6.0.] Trade menu graphics messed up

Summary: on opening the trade menu, the graphics are messed up, is still functional though. Have tried verifying, and un/reinstalling.
How to Reproduce: open any trade/prisoner menu

was able to resolve by doing the following:
Uninstall, and most importantly delete the old folder, then reinstall. some textures mustve gotten left over and gotten corrupted, that steam didnt detect when verifying.
