Resolved (e1.5.9.) Donate Prisoners Bug - don't get a relation

Summary:
As you can see in the video, I donated an enemy noble, but I was not given a relation with the owner of the castle.
It can be either with one noble or with 2-3, the bug has no sequence
How to Reproduce:
I don't know how to reproduce this bug, it turns out randomly
Have you used cheats and if so which:
No cheats and no mods - clear new game e1.5.9.
