In Progress [e1.4.1.231640] Main quest (support/ create non-imperial faction) expires and fails ~a week after acquiring. Day 847.

Summary:
I have just completed the quest "Assemble the Dragon Banner" on Day 840. This meant I just received the quests of Create/Support a non-imperial kingdom. I was travelling and as the day turned to Day 847 I received the notifications that both of these quests failed because 10 years had expired. (see screenshot)
I had not completed the quest Investigate "Neretzes' Folly" until Day 833.

Extra info on my file: Female character, I've joined the Khuzait as soon as I got Clan Tier 1. Married with child.
