E1.30 can no longer use the code to customize my banner

In the beta1.30 version, I can no longer use the code to customize my banner. This was originally a great game feature. There are many great ideas in the reddit, can this function be restored?
I can still use code shared by other players for Role Appearance, but I can't edit flags.

Not being able to use the code caused a problem: I used the custom flag in my old archive, but after joining a kingdom, the pattern would get out of order, and I needed the code to solve the problem.

Same here... Believe its a bug rather than an intended feature because the release log did not mention it.
