Resolved [e1.2.0] Major & Minor factions declaring war on the player unprovoked

Summary: New game, started 4/22 in 1.2.0. Wolfskins and Northern Empire have each independently declared war on the player at different times. Story quests are 'Rebuild Your Clan' and 'Investigate 'Neretzes' Folly (4/10).'' No criminal rating has been earned, no aggressive actions taken excepting looters and deserters.
How to Reproduce: Play the game.
Version: e1.2.0
Installed community-made modifications: Recruitable 1.0.4, Settlement Icons 1.2.0

CPU: Intel i7-3770k
