After update to e1.1.0 stable version my caravans stop using clan bonus to party size limit. On the 3rd Clan Tier I have a 30 warriors party limit in caravan.
First I think that it's a part of caravan nerf to make it more easier to defeat. But I didn't seen any information about it in last patch notes.
