Quite simple, I think with the Vlandian Sergeant troop, his shield is too small. They should be given the bigger Tall Heater Shield. Especially as Vlandian Infantry (T3) has a bigger shield and the troop type is lower than Vlandian Sergeant (T5). That and the Vlandian Sergeant in MP has a Tall Heater Shield too.
