This was during a siege on Nevyansk castle, the NPC was just stuck at the top of the ladder and even after being killed, the NPC that followed was also stuck in the same form.

Bumping this. Happens on various other siege maps (vlandia_castle_005a, battania_castle_b, sturgia_castle_003) so I think it's a global issue in sieges. Occurs with Players as well. Seems to be collision at the top of the ladder that prevents from exiting the animation normally. Jumping off the ladder seems to get the Player unstuck but the AI does not do this.
