The Pope
Sergeant Knight

It's a team based cyberpunk FPS. There's a list of mirrors at www.dystopia-game.com. Now for a big list of things that make this cooler than any other FPS I can think of:
Cyberspace. There are loads of jack in points which transport you into a secondary tron style map where you fight other hackers. The cyberspace objectives all have effects on the physical map, like turning a teams defensive turrets against them or opening a locked door. Cyber combat is a lot of fun and the coordination between cyberspace and the real world adds a bit more strategic depth to the game.
Power armor. Sure, realistic FPSs are a lot of fun, but sometimes you just want to play a several hundred kilogram steel behemoth with a minigun. It's also divided into three classes (heavy, medium, light), each with their own set of weapons and tactical purpose.
Cybernetic Implants. In addition to armor and weapons, you can upgrade your character with a whole bunch of gadgets like cloaking, predator style heat vision, nano enhanced reflexes and regeneration. There's a limited amount of slots, so choosing your gear gives you a lot of freedom to play the game the way you like. A light can be an assassin, a sniper, a hacker, a medic or a front line grunt depending on how you set up your gear.
A minigun. The other guns are cool, but this is a muther****ing minigun. Wielded by a robot. You should probably go download dystopia just for this.
Atmosphere. Whether you're playing a SWAT team ruthlessly pacifying the slums or a crazed punk shooting your way through a pristine corporate building, this game nails cyberpunk.
