Dying at the start of a sea battle

Sometimes - seemingly randomly - certain sea battles (maybe 1 in 10 or 1 in 20) a bunch of people spawn and die at the start usually myself included.

i had a similar problem once, but instead of dying we all took damage at the very beginning

I once attacked a viking ship that had 21 men, and when the battle started, they all instantly died and I won. I thought it was just mad battle skills, but now that I think about it, it might be a glitch.

You are right, everyone should spawn inside the ships. This was working before, we are doing our best to fix this.
