Yes, posting yourself impersonating an admin is great evidence. 
When I actually was watching the server TRU was warned and he behaved for the rest of the time I observed. As for you. You're gone. We see you in server, you will be kicked. In my opinion you should be completely removed from the beta, but fortunately for you thats not my decision.

Where do I do this, marnid was on his alt and I am Basu to not get banned from you for 'spamming' polls. Good job though not kicking the only guy trolling people in the server. It seems you guys are rather biased against nK or something.

Go check it marnid already told me you can't see who initiated a poll so seeweed can't prove either way I was 'spamming' polls even though only one poll was intiated. So if you do one poll you are spamming but if you call someone a '****ing piece of ****' you won't get kicked.

Take your pick because even if I am banned I wouldn't really care, I got other games I can play and rather not have to deal with whiny admins who abuse their power just because they are on their period. All I ever hear from Marnid is how I should stop talking and stop acting like a **** to people well everyone is acting like a **** to me so why not. Also Marnid isn't my babysitter so my actions do not reflect that of him, if they reflect the actions of nK so be it but it has nothing to do with him but you guys are so narrow minded you just can't understand.
I am actually surprised at some of the admins they let be admins, they should have had an IQ test beforehand and probably have only given it to responsible people who will not abuse their admin rights and kick off of biased opinions and speculation. Only admins I have any respect for are Archonsod and Sadnhappy, I don't even care for marnid as an admin anymore since last night he kicked me for using a throwing axe against him and then laughs.
Its awesome how admins don't have to take any scrutiny or anything for their actions and can do whatever they want, which is the whole purpose of my posting is to question why someone can change server rules that are already in place and make them his/her own. Sure I can join other servers but there is/was only 1 duel server up which I thought would have the 'official' duel server rules but who cares if an admin is there since the rules change based on their style of play not on anything else. If this is how beta is going to be in the future I rather be banned now then have to waste more time talking about inequality.
In any case, I am done with this, time to sleep.

i suspect kevler is a hacker alias changer in a server, many time him and his friend have persecuting me and FOLLOWING ME AROUND EVEN 2 EUROPE kiling me over and ruin my play stlye. how fny it is TO SEE HIM ***** LIKE A LITEL BABY OVER HIS OWN MESS
i say ROMOVE HIM FROM BETA HE IS A WASTFUL SPACE IDOT
and to futeher the point we now have hear more members of my comunity, which i say is a GREAT BETA COMUNITY and DEDICATED FRIENDY PLAYERS and he is trying to DETSTROY IT FOR HIS OWN FUN
it shod NOT BE ALOWED BY ANY ADMIN
i wod like to keep him off duel server and NO SPECAL FAVORS for nk because they are KNOWN GRIEFERS the ones what ive seen....,
because sense i have troble in a server and they kick poll me over and over i have nowhere to play but if a admin can protect me from HIM AND HIS BS ATITUDE

Hey, I remember this Tyler guy! The one with all the misogynistic and racist humor who got himself banned from the servers so many times. I guess as long as we're kicking Kevlar out of beta, we might as well bid farewell to you as well, eh Tyler?

If I was in the server, that person would have been banned immediately. Impersonating an admin is a serious offense
Lets see who would have tried to ban that player? The person who he just shot. The person that said he started the poll because the other player was "a fag." Or the person who came back *****ing about how voting a ban never got other people banned. (answer: all of the above.) I do ban people when there is no doubt in my mind that they initiated a ban poll for no reason, and yes, I have done it before.Kevlar 说:

Any one of these are grounds for banning individually, so it shouldn't come as a surprise you are being banned for them all collectively.

A names a name, impersonating you would require the exact same name and threatening people or being a douche to them.

Do you think in binary as in 0,1 ? If I do nothing its no but apparently if I do even one poll its a yes, and im spamming. It shames me to think that is the best you could come up with since most of your statements are false, I don't even feel like proving the other points wrong since will take to long.

If anyone in the EU(especially in the north) is interested in dueling, there is a new server for that purpose.
It is the Einhärjar clan server, and it is strictly a duel server. The server will be unavailable at certain times when we either have clan practice, or a match. All other times it is open for public. The server is owned by Naglfaar and Blodshammar, and hosted by Spanky.
The server is situated in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The server is currently labeled "EU_Einherjar_Duel".

Yes, it is true. I don't care for chaos. DM = Chaos. Duel = Grace, gentlemanliness and powerful-double-wielder-blocking-advantage.
Though, I don't care for the "No-armor" rule. Just Melee. The "only one shield" is good. I don't care. I pity them who can't fight and needs armor and two shields.
I just wanna improve in blocking.
Also, today I started the "Field by the river" map and allowed jousting by the ruins. Popular indeed. And all duels would take place at the hay field, by the river..
And, of corpse, there is always some one, and one or two guys stared going archers an two other cav started killing all infantry.. So I had to make an example of them after they refused and ignored my warning about them changing troop.
In our server we will portably only use "open" maps. Castles are great, but dueling is practice and castles are where you show people you have practiced. That's my opinion.
Anyways, free dueling for all!

I was on the server a few days ago and greatly enjoyed jousting the few fellow cavalry enthusiasts on the map. We did have a couple of infantry attempt to attack us while waiting our turns to joust but for the most part was able to pretty much avoid them.
During that game session a majority of us were adopting some rudimentary chivalric practices, mainly that if your horse got lanced out from under you, your opponent would ride up close and dismount to continue the fight with swords only. – No lances, shields or thrown weapons. The winner of the sword fight takes the horse because they would need it for the next joust and it would cut down on some of the rider-less horses on the map.
So thanks for setting up that portion of the map for us jousters!

Thus, I and NalFaar will buy one and this will be the official Einherjar server which will be public Duel server when I'm around.
Rules can be found in the First post in this thread and I will allow jousting as long you don't take a shortcut trough the "Hay field" by the river.
If we will get our hands on a server again it will be random mix of pleasure. Field by the river.
The hay fields by the river is for Duel and duel rules only.
Behind the ruins stretching to the Mill will be Jousting. (Rules can be made for jousters as they please. As you said, the "sportsmanship way" is to dismount and continue the fight).
Then the random death match thingy can be over by the Castle wall. From the bridge to the farm. There will Horses and foot carnage take place.
I hope this satisfy both horse mounters and swordsmen. Archers I do not like at all. They have no friends and will not have any in our server.

Don't worry, if trouble arises, just call the Coppers. We shall stop all ******ry in servers if need arises! Of course, Blodshammar is powerful enough to take care of them himself on Einhärjar server, (once you have on again), but till then, I extend an offer to join us Blodshammar. Maybe even lead our EU branch if Socks permits.
