You guys don't follow rules then kick others for not following rules which you just said are not your own, why even make the server into a duel server and have rules when nobody plays by them. I don't see how you even got admin harn since you are seriously ****ed in the head.

If you want to follow rules ban test then since he isn't following any of them, and then again neither are you harn since you both are in the buttsex club.

I didn't make the duel server rules listed here, I tell people what the rules I enforce are in game which is no ranged weapons, no horses and generally be honorable and make eye contact with your opponent, aka no backstabbing people (kevlar). I personally don't care if people want armor, it just makes for more of a challenge and longer fights for me to enjoy.

Better make a post about it then since I don't see them on forums so how would I know in game about anything other then these rules which nobody was following.

Wow, Kevlar, you're out of line. No matter if you're wrong or right about the issue at hand, you're acting extremely immaturely.

Anyway, I've amended the written rules so that something that was, in my opinion, implied is now declared. Basically, the admin overseeing the server can determine the rules of the duel server.

Still doesn't make it right for an admin to come into a server and declare their rules are now law even though it was never previously stated both in game and forums. Why even have any rules at all since apparently if your an admin you can glitch if you want and saw its alright or break rules and do whatever you want, its just really dumb to me.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Had you conducted yourself in a more mature manner, perhaps a comprimise could have been reached. Instead you acted like a complete jerk, which is probably the largest reason why your complaints were barely considered. That's right - I didn't judge your argument by its logic. I judged it by your credibility, which I found lacking. If you apologize to those you verbally abused, perhaps we will reconsider your complaints. Otherwise, they will remain unheeded.

Doesn't matter if I am right since hes an admin you guys can do whatever you want with a server and not get in trouble so whats the point. I just don't see the point in rules if you can make your own, why even play on any server if an admin is there since you just run the risk of pissing him off for even the slightest offense.

Kevlar I was the one that kicked you on that server. The rules were accepted by everyone else on the server but you. We gave you several warnings, and you continued to act like an all around ****. This is the exact conversation that got you banned.

Further more, Kevlar was on the same server during duels that same day. His actions were nothing but griefing and trolling.

My rules would be:

1. Any equipment allowed (even ranged/throwing, if the people agree to do so and want to duel this way, also horse sword duels or lance couching duels can be fun). By default, it should be melee only (no throwing, no archers, no horses). People are still allowed to agree on more equipment if they can come up with a consent.
2. People must agree to a duel by either making the upward block sign (also showing that they are on manual block) or making it clear in the chat. This requires both people facing each other and also requires them to be not idle
3. Other people stay away if you see people engaging in a fight on a duel server

Rules about cheating and other things are solved by common sense. Cheaters will be banned. Glitchers will be notified, kicked and eventually banned after repeated abuse.

I wish there was a no money limit / all nations gamemode, where you could select any of the nations and equip your soldier to your liking, without the need to worry about cash.

I don't see any rules other then the ones I didn't even break, all I see is test say duel which then I guess means this is the duel server which goes to the duel server rules :

1. MELEE ONLY
2. 1 SHIELD MAXIMUM; CHEAPEST SHIELDS ONLY
3. NO ARMOR
4. NO HORSES
5. DUELS MUST BE MUTUALLY INITIATED
6. A DUEL ENDS WHEN A PARTICIPANT DIES OR WHEN BOTH PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO DISCONTINUE THE DUEL

Well unless I am mistaken (which I am not) almost everyone was breaking rule 3 and several people were breaking rule 2. Also 99% of people were breaking rule 5 and when I tried to initiate a duel most of the time people would just attack me or I would get stabbed while trying to initiate it.

I don't see ADD or anyone else posting other rules yet so I am assuming these are the rules in which I may have only broke 5 to kill people I saw fit to kill who were not following most of these rules. If you want to kick me for trolling fine but for breaking rules thats just funny since everyone in the server was, so how about kicking everyone else next time or how about we get another thread up next time you guys change the server to duel server and make some BS imaginary rules never posted before.

I will say though that ADD_Rhade was respectable when approached about this and I at least respect him as a player now, not so much test and harn since they don't care for rules since they can make them as they go along apparently.

the rules for the duel server are the agreed upon rules that the community chooses to play by.  You were kicked countless times under multiple aliases. Your half-assed attempt to feign ignorance is laughable. You have absolutely no case to be made.  As it stands, you were told by three separate admins the current rules of the server. If you want to play by different rules, ask an admin to monitor another server under another set of rules.

Additionally, on top of that you were breaking the rules you even listed. Throwing axes, bows, crossbows, horses, attacking a player without intiating, you broke every single one of these. Stop crying about this, you're only digging your grave deeper.

if by nobody you mean everyone except for you and 1 other person, then sure. If you don't like the way the duel servers are ran, then play a different one. You are the only one complaining about enforcement yet hypocritically you are the single biggest violator of the rules.

Now lets be clear: you've already received several warnings about trolling the server. If you play the same shenanigans you did the other day, there is a VERY good chance you'll have a ban coming your way. Listen to the admin who is running the server, and respect your fellow players. Its really not that complicated.

Kevlar you're pretty thick. See the forum sticky? This is something official, and not a clan hijacking a server on a whim without clearance. And we told you MULTIPLE times what the rules were and kicked you MULTIPLE times when you ignored it. Its simple: if you dont like it, dont play on this server. There are dozens of other servers available at this time, and the duel rules are only implemented for a very limited time each day. You do not need to pester the patrons who wish to participate in the duel server.

On top of this you were insulting and unsportsmanlike to other patrons. As it stands, your actions on the 20th should have got you permanently ban until reset from the server. The fact that you follow up with this whole hypocritical farce of "Im just fighting for the rules here" sickens me.

Dozens = 24 +

I see 20 servers on my list (3 not responding I guess) which means there are not dozens. Also there is only 6 US servers so I only have 6 servers to play on basically so that statement is incorrect. As I said before nK got in **** for 'hijacking' a server while Harn apparently can do whatever he wants even though he never requested on forums but since hes an admin he can do whatever he wants. I just don't get how even admins can get away with breaking rules, also there are tons of others breaking rules which are established but never kicked. SO apparently if you don't talk and break rules you will not get kicked, you only kicked me for talking.

Already said I was being unsportsmanlike since nobody else was following the rules so I assumed it was DM.

How am I suppose to know whos in the server or not until I get there though, I can only find out the server name. Didn't realize until after reading here we were playing by fag rules.

O, and fag means biker, not in homosexual but seaweed doesn't like calling people that since it brings up bad memories apparently.

And for the record, it does not matter who is in the server or not, you are to respect server rules regardless, because chances are we are watching.
