In the new duel mode you can see what perks people have on the same screen to challenge them for a duel, well these perks are basically never right.
Example: it says the player has chosen a shield perk but doesn't have a shield.
I think this might have to do with the new system that remembers your previous chosen perks so you don't have to choose the perks over and over, but this is just a shot in the dark.
