No, I didn't use any mods.
Summary: Dual Display - 2nd Monitor is stuttering when playing videos (streams) while M&B 2 Bannerlord is running.

How to Reproduce:
Run game via Steam Launcher. Run a YouTube video clip running at any playable resolution/ full screen.
Please be advised that this issue only reproduces with M&B 2 Bannerlord and no other game.
It can appear to run ok through inital load up of the game, character creation it then degrades in quality when entering the training yard.
I have not attempted a battle.

Game appears to be okay itself.
Video Quality settings in the game do not appear to have an impact.

Internet and or local bandwidth is not an issue.

Scene Name (if related): No specific scene. Map level with general interactions. Start of Campaign.

Hi Team,

I have raised a case with NVidia support. As part of fault finding on my side, I have reinstalled the NVidia drivers via GeForce experience center.
There has been an marked improvement. Current the GPU is operating at 88 - 90%.

I have also reproduced the issue playing other games as well. (Warhammmer 2, Hell Let Loose)
I have reason to believe that there maybe additional issues with the more recent driver pack from NVidia.

3 years late but I have the same issue in 2024.

the fix is to limit fps to something reasonable. either manually by setting the Frame Limiter or by setting V-Sync to half or full.

before making the fix, my game was hogging all GPU resources pushing 200 fps on the map lol. i have a 165 hz monitor, so just setting frame limiter to 165 or V-Sync Full was enough to make videos buttery smooth again.
