no it's not rape in fact it's the opposite and the so called ''victim'' who got raped 99% of the time lie about being raped and the intoxicated individual is subject to abuse from the public for something they didn't even do because they had no control

Is this true? How drunk you have to be? Can storekeeper legally sell anything to a drunken person or can you just return goods you bought once you have sobered up? Is an intoxicated person still criminally responsible? I suppose all other contracts you do while drunk are void as well?

I don't think so, but it is definitely grounds for an annulment.

That would be a real marathon session but it's only double rape if they are both male and call the police on each other. They should also both go to the police station before washing off any evidence, hopefully in seperate cars.
