It is not a matter of responsability, it is not a matter of rights or to be guilty.

It is a matter of being SMART.

I will not teach to my children how to to be right or wrong, I will teach them how to be smart, how to avoid bad things.

That's not right, but (I hope) they will find my advices usefull.

You're saying that rape, while drunk, is justified because the drunk person could not control their actions, but at the same time you're saying that the un-drunk party took advantage of them? 

Edit3: A quick dive in to the post history indicates possible dupe. Most of the recruits I've seen refer to Khergits as "the purples" tend to be dupes and get banned quickly.

Well some people are so ignorant and don't realise that all this drunk or drug rape Is the other way around to what you think because the individual is intoxicated and has no control over their actions and in about 99 % the intoxicated individual is taken advantage of so yes pal I like everyone else doesn't think that the drunk rape charge is wrong we know its wring.
