draw weaons in town?

I have seen screenshots of people who drew their weapons whilst being in a town. I wwas wondering where you enable this since I couldn't find the option for this?

When you here the answer, it becomes a stupid question (relax it took me forever to figure it out). Just hit the next weapon/shield button and out they come.

I've always been able to just do it. Doesn't it cycle through when you hit your 'next weapon' button?

To make your shield come out, hit [ instead of ] then hit ] again

I hated the [ or ] for next weapon (I have azerty keyboard, I have to make a combination of keystrokes to get those) so I made next waepon: a click on the mouse axis. much faster and easier
