Need More Info Drapand Castle conspiracy hideout not spawned

Summary: Got quest to destroy conspiracy hideout near Drapand Castle. Ran around the whole map and didn't find it at all
How to Reproduce: just load the save and try to find it.
Have you used cheats and if so which: Daytime freeze cheat after i was unable to find it. Searched it for the whole map for it on the last day of this quest

Yes. I just met it on the latest version. The conspiracy hideout did not generate. But if I load another gamesave in which the quest just begin, the bug will disappear.

I originally posted that this was still happening because I was about to fail the quest. 5 minutes later I found the hideout on the south side of a mountain near Galend. I just didn't check there, as it is closer to two other settlements.
