Dramitic moments of mount and blade

When I played the mod "Expanded Gameplay III". I had 50 men and it was the first time I met the fallen ones. They were 7 and killed all of my men. I was lucky that they're that slowly that I managed to escape.

And when I played Native and had to fight alone against 25 riding veteran archers of Kerghit. I put down the damage on 1/4 before. Without my horse I would be lost in that fight. But I won because they only shoot the whole time and my shield got all the arrows^^.

Destroying the Khergits and Sarranids, establishing my 'Imperium of Man' and declaring war against the Rhodoks all at the same time

ive noticed that ive had quite a few views but only 5 or so people actually left a comment so people when you come in here not only look but share    o yeah and one of my most glorifying moments was probably when I defeated a general who had 30 cavarly and 70 infantry/archers when all i had was 30 men 20 infantry 5 cavalry and 5 heros it wasent a very sized battle but only the fact that my infantry and my character wasent trained very well at that point

I just got done with another Dramatic Moment (And to top it off, I had dramatic music playin on Youtube) It was 300 of my men holding off a force of 2000 Rhodoks (Same game as the top, I destroyed Sarranids and Khergits like planned and the Rhodoks were PISSED) at Narra and then, after a few sieges, I mounted a counter-attack and re-secured the Imperium of Man in the name of the God-Emperor....Now to create Imperial Guards to protect my land... (hope ya get the references I made when naming my country and my character )

mine would be being the only one left from my army on the battlefield, perfect red sunset adding to the drama, after much effort i manage to kill the 6 or 7  bandits left ganging up on me, only to realize there's one on horseback bearing down on me and me with no shield, no horse and a sliver of life left. i judge the distance and quickly pull out my light crossbow, reload. i barely have enough time to hesitate, i aim and.. headshot! the horse topples over, i frantically run over while the bandit is getting up, quickly draw out my bastard sword and chop his head off.

(okay, so maybe i embellished a little on that last part)

My army spawned in the big river near the Wall. Hills were such a hard thing to climb, that I had to order my men to dismount. While getting on the shore of the river, we were intercepted by enemies. Others' arrows were piercing through my Lionguards like they armors were made out of butter. And this was only the beginning, cause after that all the undead wildings and Black Watch guys felt on our heads. We've cut through the beasts just to become a target of Others.

Was quite a difficult battle, I've lost most of my men and only few of them were wounded. But I personally took down Great Others' Servant (after getting almost killed by it) so it wasn't that bad.

Oh yeah, it was A Song of Ice and Fire for M&B 0.903.

how about facing off against a Khergit Khanate army of about a thousand troops? when you are the marshall of Swadia, and bring in 900 men and X number of women?

the field of battle? large, flat, open plain. barely any trees, rocks or hills at all.

riding around on a charger hunting Khergits while dozens other Swadian knights and men at arms do the same... i still smile like a child on christmas when i remember it ^^

This was shortly after I had been released from one of my prisons.I was trying to get away on a limping horse until an arrow struck true, leaving me on my two alone, against a swarm of sea raiders.
I remember moving desperately to avoid being struck from the back, my health slowly but surely falling, while the enemies came one after the other after the other after the...

My love for two-handed swords was born that day...

hahahahahahahaha

I've had plenty of dramatic moments but recently I managed to:

Destroy 5-6 parties of Gaelic armies in the field with 60 men (90% Knights  & 10% companions on fast horses). I moved at them one party at a time from behind otherwise they would have destroyed me.

Later on in France defending a castle with 60 of my knights and 50-60 soldiers inside the castle (mostly archers) against 400 blood-thirsty and eager French soldiers. I ordered the Knights away from the walls while me and the archers took out around 30% of their army with arrows. The good thing was that their archers were far away on the open and their infantry and knights would approach the siege tower only to be cut down by arrows. This way the siege tower was barely moving giving us plenty of time and weaker opponent to match later. When they did finally reach the walls my Knights came and not one Son of a coward managed to step foot inside the wall. They gave up and retreated but we were still under siege. I had a few casualties and those were the soldiers manning the castle.
I took my Knights and siezed upon the enemy while they could barely look back and cut them down like rats!!! The day was saved
They came a day later twice as much and I did the smartest thing. I vanished and let those poor men in the castle to their own fate

Another one was when I called King Henry to follow me as he had 300 men and I with only my loyal knights (50). We besieged Boulougn and made an attack. To my surprise I managed to stay alive until the very end. The battle was fierce and tense. I realised that all my men were down and the enemy had 7 left. I was alone and without much health so I panicked. But with panick came strength and cut all of them but one . I blocked his attacks pretty well and cornered him behind a wall so I struck him - only to hit the wall and it didnt catch him.... but he sure got me

the moment was when I erased Veageris from map and when message came - Veageris has been defeted - I can't belive it. they were such pain in ass. they last town was Barryie, it was very dramatic battle.

My Favourite monent was in Exp Gameplay III (I think).
Me inTwo Handed Sword of War and Plate Armour with Ancient Boots vs 40 Pilgrims (Minor skirmishes every where else as my 25 Scourge dealt with the other 120 Pilgrims)
I was victorious, half health and battered but the bodies were piled up around me and my scourge mopped up the rest. but Damn Double bladed throwing staffs hurt.

1. In M&B I was fighting the Swadian leader and the second round of combat started with me at half health and one Sniper vs. The Swadian king and 22 knights. The sniper went down immediately, and I had to defeat the 23 heavy calvary all by myself with nothing but my sword and shield. I ended up winning with a broken shield and less than 5hp.

2. In the mod Native Expansion I was able to hold Grunwalder castle, an extremely defensible castle ontop of a hill, with 60 crossbow men and 40 footmen against over 500 Rhodok troops from the leader's army and his lords. I ended up being one of 6 men in my army left standing, but we won!

M&B I, native. King ragnar and his 70 men that are left are being beset by 450 khergit, led by the Khan. When the heroes arrive at the site of battle, they secure the top of the lone mountain in the plains where the battle rages. From their vantage points they are raining down death on their enemies, being unassailable for the Khergit, who stubbornly stick to their horses, who cant climb the steep mountain. It turns out a more important place to hold, since all 300 of the Khan's reinforcements Try to move past and over this mountain top. What follows is a bloodbath. (AI high, faster combat, full damages... the usual difficult stuff. Aside from castle sieges i never had such a one sided battle, even though Ragnar and his troops were getting slaughtered. Running around a plains full with Khergit when there is a nice mountain to hide on does that to people)

to reply on why so few people post in this thread... it seems to me like the best place to post this would be in "The Tavern; Regale of your adventures and exploits in Calradia"
