Resolved Dragon Banner Support/Create a Kingdom timed out after 10 years - no warning

Summary: As per title, 10 years after accepting the quest. I was under the impression this had been fixed as of the most recent patch.
How to Reproduce: Take quest, wait 10 years.
Version: e.1.1.0.225190

up, loaded up a savegame because I believed that issue was solved. Quest failed again. Is it solved for new campaigns? Is it solved at all? Will I fail my other fresh campaign in a few years?

I also didn't get the Quest back as i went on the 1.0.11 patch
