Downloading speeds....

When i download a mod from here it goes 100 - 200kb per second. But when i download from different sites (GTA2site) the download goes 800kb per second? any ideas?

Your download speed matters almost not, what matters the most is the server's upload speed. If they're busy sending stuff to many people, you'll get a lower speed.

200Kbps then somthing happend with the nodes in my area and it went to about 20kpbs at the highest and below 1kbps at the lowest. Ten minutes to load a page.

Now with a different provider I'm getting about 350kbps. I'm happy!

Well, for me, fastest download speed that I have gottein is 1.1mbs D: Of course, it's dependent on the server location etc. Usually it's around 400-600kbs

5 mb/s on some steam downloads. Most **** online goes at 500 kb/s.

Steam has its highs and lows. One time I downloaded Half Life 2 at less than 50 kb/s. **** took days.
