you have to extract the files from the .rar file with an extractor winrar and 7-zip are two you can get. winrar isn't free i think 7-zip is though.

Even though its just a trail you download for winrar it will last forever. It will only give you a pop up saying that you should buy it but it works perfect anyway.

Just because.

Download both rar files, save the file to your desktop.  Download WinRar and open both up.  Extract the first one to your modules foulder, it will take care of the second file for you as long as you have it available(aka download).
