It's not an easy thing to integrate such a script-heavy thing as the Diplomacy mod into a total overhaul mod with a mountain of its own scripts. It would take hundreds of man hours to implement and many more to iron out the kinks and weird bugs it would cause.
 
Not to mention Diplomacy is a good foundation to build off where you remove stuff from if doing an overhaul rather than integrate it entirely into an existing overhaul.

It would cause complications and would have to be extensively tested.
 
We're finally over the 200,000 mark on Steam Workshop! That's 1/5 of a MILLION PLAYERS. That doesn't even include our other downloads across various sites!! Prophesy of Pendor is glad to have so many fans, THANK YOU!!!!

v3.9.4 is out now!

Changelog will be added in the nearby thread and ModDB and Nexus are ready to go. (Nexus may have to scan the files first, ModDB should be ready to go).

Steam is down at the moment and will be added when it comes back online!

There is a new hotfix available on ModDB, Nexus, and Steam Workshop should upload the new and small files automatically.

This save-game compatible hotfix addresses a few things:

- fixed Chinese translation,

- fixed inappropriate upkeep for KO stronghold,

- Shadow Wolves received additional weapon - Empire Great Sword; Performance in battle has increased.

Forgive my ignorance, but in the changelog, are the 3.9.4 changes only the bolded items?
 
3rd Hotfix is up, save-game compatible, rejoice!

If you are on steam it will automatically update

Users who used ModDB or Nexus must download the appropriate files again and overwrite the existing ones.

Hotfix 3:

Compatible with 3.9.4 savegames

BUGS/ISSUES
- fixed inappropriate upkeep for KO stronghold
- fixed an issue with certain horses not being healed by Derafsh
- some quest dialogs mistakes fixed and redone for consistency
- moved extra animations from walk_forward_left to walk_forward_left_polearm (thanks to Hoboistice for tips)


GAMEPLAY
- if KO "order challenge quest" is in progress, KO "bounty quest" won't give any troops as reward; return "order challenge quest" first, then "bounty quest" to have a chance to receive troops
- Knights of the Griffon won't be offered by ransom brokers if their chapter don't exist


TROOPS
- Shadow Wolves received additional weapon (Empire Great Sword) - performance in the actual battle has increased
- Iron Circle Centurion: Immortal Shield -> Knightly Heater Shield (fits better new armor)
- adjusted items and banner used by Agathon Legatus to fit new color scheme of ICC
- nerfed Eyegrim's army a bit:
-- capped at about 5000 (was unlimited)
-- Fallen Warrior: removed not guaranteed horse, converted from units level >31 (was >=31)


ITEMS
- redone model of Empire Inlayed Armor (used by Iron Circle Centurion)
- redone model of Scythe; added "is_pike" flag
- redone model of Steel Voulge
- set unique model to Manopener; added "unique" flag
- Demonic Magnus head will be displayed during encounters (itp_covers_head -> itp_fit_to_head; thanks to UndeadDuke)
- Arquebus - smoke is emitted more horizontal
- Pitch Fork removed flags "is_pike", "spear", "overswing_spear"; added "carry_spear"
- Practice Dagger added "wooden_parry" flag (was metal sounds when chambered)
- Long Spiked Club, Long Hafted Knobbed Mace and Long Hafted Spiked Mace added "overswing_musket" flag


OTHER
- up-to-date Chinese translation
