Do you use the latest version of Warband?

Maybe your downloaded file was corrupted; try downloading and installing the mod again.

The only npcs I see is me, some bandits, and wild cattle. And this really dampers on the playing and emmersion.

I have the Steam version. And I gotit to work now but it has come to my atention that I am the only person moving on the map. I never see any other npcs moving to attack anybody.... Is there an update I can get for this???

Have you traveled a bit? You may want to enable cheats, and press Ctrl-T. This will show all "lords, kinds, bandits, tribes, etc". If this persists, I think there is a bug thread that you can reply in, to get the devs to look into this problem, although it is only you who I have seen who has this problem, you may want to reinstall, or make sure your game is up to date. (I think the version that is out now, is not the newest version out, although I have not played WB in a while, I cannot name the version that is out.) I hope this helps, if not I or Gab or Auris will try to help you.

Version 1.0 had surely some bugs.
I fixed a lot in the last closed beta testing 1.5 version.
But I had to concentrate on the huge updating work that I did on 1860s and Auris got busy in real life.
He is still supporting and encouraging when we just exchange few PMs, biut cannot be much active, atm.

Atm Captured Joe and me are the most active and aware on the last versions, and as usual, we will try to help all ppl that seems to have problems.

the 1.5 patch is being done, but the updates for 1860s Old America have priority above 1776.
