Double sided axes?

They were in the older versions, but taken out near the end.

Although kind of fun, they were highly unrealistic and looked odd carrying it.

You could easily mod them back in if you want to.
 
How would I go on about doing that? (P.s do the axes do unrealistically, stupidly large amounts of damage? If so I think I would like to change the damage, or just leave them out, I don't mind the one sided axes anyway).
 
Do you have the module system? If so find the item in module_items.

Do you see the # at the start? That comment prevents the rest from being activated. Just remove it, and it will come back in. It is here you can change everything about it. Do you see itp_merchandise? That is what makes it sold in stores.

Edit: And if you want to, there are a lot of other items in there (weapons, armor, etc.) that are locked. If you get rid of the # that prevents it from being read (keeps it out of the game), it will come back in the game. I'm not sure if it's saved game compatible, but I'm pretty sure it is.
