Hey guys, i just found some pictures which show old battles from when M & B Was still awesome.. with the UNLIMITED BODIES option still available

















Don't you guys miss seeing that after battles? instead of 30 dead guys or something?

Warband is capped at 150. I don't know how many those are but with 150 you still see a hell of a lot of corpses.

What i mean is, now i see bodies disappear constantly.. that didn't happen before, and battles do not look like this when they end..

is there a way for me to play an older version of M & B which still has unlimited bodies? i would go back in time immediately

mate, you probably have huge problems with epidemics and vermin infestations after battles 

not that I don't love the feature (anything that adds to the realism of the game is a boon in my book) but the ****ty rigs I play on don't allow it. Even the abundance of weapons on the ground can make it choppy.

Well, it's ok if you can't run the game with all those corpses.. but why was the feature completely eliminated form the game?

they could have left it there.. and added some lower settings as well...

i still don't get it, so.. no way to get an older version with all those bodies right?

Unlimited Bodies was a great way to stress test older computers. So long as they weren't yours.

Nobody knows if there is a way to play one of the first versions of warband which includes unlimited bodies?

To be honest I dont understand why they would remove it either. Even though I would never want to see this, it should be an option to remind you just what war is...these screenshtos show a realism no amount of graphics ever could.

If someone's going to be making a mod like that they should also do something like a decrease in traction over bodies.  Blood is quite slippery after all.

Painfully reminds me of the fact that all those guys never thought of using more then one ladder or siege tower... so no I don't miss it. ;P
In serious note, that really is not on my 'top priority' list of stuff I would like to see be fixed/done.(not that I'm unhappy with the game, its great, just saying that this is not the most important thing in life..)
