Summary: Dont work main quest
How to Reproduce: Can't complete the quest "Establishing a Non-Imperial Kingdom". The counter of the required soldiers does not change. I have already created a kingdom, and the maximum squad size is over 200 soldiers, but whatever I do, the counter is worth it.
Have you used cheats and if so which: Not use cheats

Is this how you removed the mods? How to Remove Mods
To help Taleworlds, you can upload your save to http://upload.taleworlds.com , if you have a save from before you had 89 troops, upload that too. Make sure to put your name and a link to this thread in the description box.

I have no Imperial culture soldiers in my army. I chose Vladia. I hire soldiers of my culture and mercenaries.
