If you play for your own faction, what domestic policy do you usually have and why?

how do you think what Domestic Policy will bring more revenue?
... for example if i want relations with my lords grow +1 each month

Little centralized  and Quite Aristocratic
or
Quite decentralized and Little Plutocratic
or
just litle decentralized and Mixed Aristocracy/Plutocracy

help me with this math please  :smile:
Lets imanine that we have a lot of fieifs and our tax inefficincy is 65% (which is maximum)... which sources of income affected by this 65%? both Rents and Tariffs from trade?

for example I have neutral domestic policy and 100k income from rents and tarrifs

income = 100k
tax inefficiency 65% = 65k
profit = 35k

by changing a government's policy
Very Centralized
Very Plutocratic
it should give 30% reduction  of tax inefficiency

we have
income 100k
inefficiency 65%-30% = 35k
profit = 65k

Am I right ? :smile:

My last game I hired around 10 honorable lords. I noticed that honorable lords don't upset about not having fiefs or my centrilized domestic policy. They just alway devoted to me and have 100 relations

I just always go for max vassal relations in my domestic policy, not worried about money from rents.

Out of curiosity, how do you which lords are honorable? Is there a list somewhere?

Reports menu, the List Known Lords section, if you click on each one you have met, their personality type is listed in the little data window, top right corner.  Upstanding and Good-Natured should be the honorable ones, if I recall correctly.

Oh that's awesome, thanks, I didn't know that.

When you defeat and release lords your honour increase very fast.
So, If you have high honour rating you can speak with lords traveling on the map. If some of them have high relation with you without reason it means they are honorable  :grin:

When you speak with them at least once they will appear in the list called something like "known lords by relations" or "your friends". The list from camp menu If Im not mistaken

Probably they are called good natured...also their relatives can tell you what nature a lord has.

relations with honorable lords only depends on your honour rating... some kind of formula.
It is approximately. When you have 300 honour. your relations with all lords of this kind are 40 for example... when your honour growths, your relations growth too... up to 100. They are happy without fiefs and without "possitive" domestic policy

Honorable lords never leave their factions, so you will never find them in your castle awating for approval. You can only hunt for them  :grin:  Some honorable lords can't be persuaded to change faction even with 100 relations...it depends how happy they are with their current king.

I didn't push myself to hire all good lords. but I was able to hire 10-15 lords with 100 relations while fighting with other factions... and 20 lords queued in my castle which i didn't approve and didn't dismiss..

I'm not sure but probably their is should be the opposite kind of lords. Bad guys. The less honour you have (below zero?) the higher your relations with them.
