Resolved Doing the "kill band of poachers" quest immediatly un-loots a village

Summary: If a village is looted and unaccesible, it immediatly returns to its normal state if you complete the poacher quest by talking them into leaving.
How to Reproduce: Get assigned a poacher band quest that is in a looted village, then when it is night time enter the village and talk to them. Succesfully make them leave, and the village will become accessible and lose its looted appearence.
