Armies winning battles and either donating the prisoners or simply going to siege a settlement.
This leads to lower MS and them,inevitably,getting squashed down by an enemy army as they siege a settlement.
This is the ISSUE because now the the winning army which was moderatly larger and more powerful of the other which then becomes a menance to society!
It's this snowball effect designed to happen?
Oh and this can happen 2 or 3 times leading to 700-800 armies of T5 elites...
