I've been lurking all day. Early on a lot of people reported issues with NW crashing as you attempt to start multiplayer from the start menu.
Apparently other dl's from other sites are working. There are various semi-workaround for various issues, but no-one from taleworlds or FS or any distributor has made any statements or posted any official information.
Does Multiplayer work for anyone who has purchased the steam client? Is this a known problem? Is there anything I/we can do to help? I release is always a crazy time for devs and QA's alike. But is there honestly no PR or marketing related human, low level QA or intern that can give us an official update or any information past: "NA released!"
I've been sitting around with a broken client in the symbolic dark.
Edit: Seems a lot of steam players can get past the multiplayer loading screen, running into other issues. SOmeone verify they got it to work at all?
Edit#2: Dlded from tailworld and used my Steam CD key. THAT seems to work. But the same exact issue comes up upon multiplayer loading screen. So this seems to have nothing to do with steam and more to do with a variable on my side.
